Boutique style tang top

I have been in search for new tops since this time last year I was expecting. I have been making them which to my surprise I have been wearing them. So I got this simple white tang top at Walmart along with this lace for $1.00/yd, when I put it together I got a cute boutique shirt. Simple 10 minute refashion.

Once again please forgive the photo's still a work in progress!

grab your shirt

your lace

I wanted my lace to come right above my bra strap (this way I can still wear one)

I cut around the frame

Pin lace to frame of shirt, I folded the shirt under 2x's then pined lace on top

Sew around 2x's once around edge of lace, then edge of shirt

All done

make it wear it
