Disney at Ruffles and Stuff had a contest last month and one of the winners posted a ruffle hat I just had to have for Savannah. I made 2, this is a picture of the first one I made, I like the 2nd one better for her size. I just made it a little longer and a little wider. But it is just so cute. The flower came from this tutorial. I didn't use as many layers, I didn't want it to be to big for her.
So now I have an extra one.

That is such a cute hat! Did you have instructions or just make it up? As easy as it may seem, I'd love a tutorial about how to do that! I always feel a little intimidated by the idea of ruffles. Too cute though!!

Welcome to my blog. I just used an old hat for the size and went from there. I have some more in the works to add to my shop. Everyone that see's her in it always wants to know where I got it. So, the next one I make, I will do a tutorial on.
